The selection process for IIFCL Grade A and Grade B consists of an online examination followed by a behavioral and technical interview. The online test evaluates candidates on both general aptitude and domain-specific professional knowledge.
The online examination consists of two tests conducted in a single session. Candidates must qualify in both tests to be eligible for the interview round.
