- Candidates shortlisted for Phase II will receive new Hall Tickets.
- Paper 2 in Phase II has a negative marking (1/4th of the marks assigned to the question).
- Paper 1 has a minimum cut-off of 30% and Paper 2 has a minimum cut-off of 40% in Phase II.
- Candidates must secure separate cut-offs in each paper as mentioned above and an aggregate cut-off of 40% in the Phase II exam (weightage of 1/3rd for Paper 1 and 2/3rd for Paper 2) to be shortlisted for Phase III.
- Candidates equaling three times the number of vacancies shall be shortlisted for Phase III based on merit. A list of candidates shortlisted for Interviews will be made available on the IFSCA website.

IFSCA Phase 2 2023 Exam Pattern

Note: Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 online exams will have 2 papers each. The Phase 1 exam will include a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in both paper 1 & 2. The phase 2 exam will have negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in paper 2 only. The exam will consist multiple choice questions.
IFSCA Phase 2 2023 Syllabus
To join the IFSCA, candidates have to clear two written exams and an interview. Paper 1 is a multiple-choice English test and Paper 2 is a descriptive test on the chosen domain. Paper 1 is only a qualifying exam and Paper 2 requires at least 50% marks to reach the interview round.
