The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) is a statutory regulatory organization created by an Act of Parliament to develop and oversee the financial services sector in India’s IFCs. The IFSC Authority has been given the authority to use the authorities of the RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and PFRDA in relation to financial products, financial services, and financial institutions in the IFSC.
