IBPS RRB PO Apply Online 2023

For recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) the online examinations for RRBs (CRP RRBs XI) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS will coordinate the interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process.

Any eligible candidate, has to register the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs- XI) if they want to join any of the Regional Rural Banks Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

For the posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tier in online mode. 

Preliminary and Mains are two phases of the Examination.

Procedure or Steps for applying RRB PO Online:

Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of the IBPS RRB 

Step 2: Candidates are required to click on the first link if they are applying for Officer Scale I 

Step 3: Before applying for any of the three exams candidates must Read the instructions. 

Step 4: Candidate must Click on the CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION link  which is at the top of the right side of the page.

Step 5: Fill basic information and click on Save and Next option.

Step 6: Candidates are required to upload their – Photograph – Signature – Left thumb impression – hand written declaration and click Next.

Step 8: Candidates are required to fill the basic details like Educational qualification and Preference list

Step 9: Click on save and next, After the choices have been made.

Step 10: Preview your application before submitting. In case of any error you can edit the information, Once the data is uploaded, Candidates are not allowed to make any changes anymore.

Step 11: All payment is done online, Select the payment method. 

Step 12: Once you click the submit button your application will be submitted successfully.

Points to Remember while applying online RRB PO:

• In the online application all the mentioned particulars like Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Post Applied for, Mobile Number, Email ID, Local Language, Centre of Examination Preference of RRBs etc. will be considered as final and After submission of online application form no change/modifications will be allowed.
• Candidates must have a valid personal email ID, which must be active till the declaration of results of the CRP round.
• Candidates may consider that their application has not been registered successfully, If candidates do not receive any SMS intimations at the specified  Mobile number or on email ID.
• An incomplete online application will not be considered as valid.
• Candidates are advised not to wait till the last date for depositing the fee/ / intimation charges to avoid the possibility of failure to log on to the IBPS website because of heavy load on internet/website jam.
