IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2025 

Candidates must write the handwritten declaration in their own handwriting and English only. Do not write the text in capital letters, and do not let someone else write it for you. If the declaration is written in another language or by another person, the form will be rejected.
If a candidate is unable to write, they can get the text typed and put their left thumb impression (and signature if possible) below the typed text and upload it as per the correct size and format.

IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration Format

You must write the following sentence exactly as it is:

“I, [Name of the Candidate], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

 Note:

  • Write this on white paper using black ink.
  • The declaration must be written only in English.
  • The file should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format with a size between 50 KB and 100 KB.
