II. Some Important Guidelines for IBPS Clerk Mains Exam 2022

 Here are the list of dos and don’ts you need to go through before greets you:

1. Your IBPS PO Admit Card

  • Don’t forget to bring the printed copy of their IBPS PO admit card along with one photo-identity proof (original and photocopy). Your recent passport size photographs should be pasted on it. Bring one additional photograph in case of need.
  • Your prelims admit card will not be collected at the exam centre. However, it will be duly authenticated/stamped by the exam officials. You need to keep with you the admit card and photo-identity proof. This is simply because when you’ll be called for the mains exam (in case you qualify the Prelims exam), you will be required to produce the prelims admit card and photo-identity proof along with the mains call letter.

2. Your Photo-Identity Proof

  • The accepted photo-identity proof is PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with photograph/photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer (on official letterhead)/Photo Identity proof issued by a People’s Representative (on official letterhead)/ Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University/Aadhar Card/E-Aadhar Card with a photograph/Employee ID/Bar Council Identity card with the photograph)
  • Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof

3. Your IBPS PO Exam Centre

  • The details regarding IBPS PO exam centres are mentioned on the admit card. Therefore, you must visit the exam centre one day before the exam and confirm the location.
  • At the time of the exam, the late comers will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
  • You’ll not be provided the travelling allowance.

4. Items allowed inside exam hall

Candidates must bring ball-point pen, ink stamp pad, and glue

5. Items Not allowed inside exam hall

  • You are not allowed to carry certain item inside the exam hall like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drives, log table, electronic pen/scanner.
  • You are not allowed to carry any communication device such as mobile phone, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band, etc. are not allowed.You are not allowed to carry items, such as goggles, handbags, hairpin, hairband, belt, cap, Watch/Wristwatch, the camera are not allowed.
  • You are also not allowed to carry with you any metallic item, eatable item opened or packed are also not allowed.
  • You are advised not to wear ornaments such as rings, earrings, nose-pin, chains/necklaces, pendants, badges, brooch, etc.

6. COVID-19 Guidelines

  • Your temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry gate.
  • You need to submit a health declaration form and wear masks compulsorily.
  • You can also wear gloves and can carry a transparent water bottle and personal hand sanitiser.
  • You should maintain a safe social distance from one another.
  • Your registration will be done through photo capture.
  • The photograph will be taken while you are standing.
  • You will get your Seat number.
  • Rough sheets will be kept at your desk.
  • At the end of the exam, you will be required to drop the rough sheets in the designated places.
