Integrity and Ethics Assessment

This section includes questions that test your morality, workplace ethics, honesty, and professionalism. The sample question is as follows- 

Question: If a co-worker is misusing bank resources, I would:

Options: a) Ignore it

              b) Confront them politely

              c) Report to the manager

              d) Join them if it benefits me

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Questions

This portion tests candidates’ emotional quotient, how well they handle situations, and the pressure that is created by the situation.

Question: When someone criticizes me, I:

Options:  a) Feel personally attacked

               b) Analyze their point

               c) Get defensive

               d) Ignore it completely
