The IBPS PO Mains 2024 Shift 1 Exam tested the candidates’ knowledge with different types of questions of moderate level of difficulty. The Sections like Data Analysis & Interpretation and Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude were slightly tough. The questions demanded strong problem-solving skills. The General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness section was easy, having questions on current events and static knowledge. In addition, the descriptive part of the exam tested the writing skills of the candidates with essay and letter-writing.
The overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate to difficult. The DI (Data Interpretation part was a bit tougher than other sections of the exam.
