The handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. The text should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. If it is written by anybody else and uploaded, or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid. (In the case of candidates who cannot write, they may get that text of the declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression (if not able to sign also) below the typed declaration, and upload the document as per specifications.)

“I, __ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Note:
To resize the IBPS Handwritten Declaration online, use a reliable image resizer tool. First, write the declaration clearly on white paper, scan or click a photo, and save it in JPEG/JPG format. The required size is 10–20 KB and dimensions 800 x 400 pixels. Upload the file to the tool, select custom dimensions or compress to meet size requirements, and download the resized image. Language: The handwritten declaration must be written in English only.
