In this blog, we are going to share the IBPS PO Exam Centre List 2025 for Prelims and Mains.
If you are an IBPS PO 2025 aspirant, you must know the Prelims and Mains exam centres as mentioned in the official notification. When you know which centres are available in your state, you make your preferences in the application form wisely. Now read the complete exam centre list in your state, and if your city is not included in the list, check the nearest centres that you can opt for. Prepare yourself for travel and stay according to your exam city. If your exam centre is far away from your city, then reach your exam centre city one day earlier to avoid any last-minute hustle.
Below are the few points that you need to keep in mind while looking for the IBPS PO Exam Centre List 2025.
1. Exam Centre Allotment & Changes: Centres are allocated based on your preferences during application and cannot be changed after submission. IBPS reserves the right to cancel or reassign centres, depending on logistics and administrative needs.
2. Check & Prepare Yourself: Your admit card will specify the exact centre, address, and reporting time—download it well before the exam. Verify all details carefully, centre name, city of exam, address of exam centre, shift timing, reporting timing, etc.
3. Reporting Time & Attendance: Reach the centre at least 60 minutes before the scheduled exam start time to complete verification. Each preliminary shift lasts 1 hour, usually scheduled as follows:
4. What to Carry: It is mandatory to carry your Admit card, one original photo ID (like Aadhar, passport, or driving license) + xerox, and two passport-sized photographs matching the one on the admit card.
5. What Not to Carry: No electronic devices (phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, etc.). Avoid carrying bags, study material, food, or other unnecessary items. Exam centres generally provide a designated drop area to keep your unnecessary items.
6. Rules & Conduct: Misbehaviour or rule violations may lead to disqualification, even from future IBPS exams. No entry is allowed after the specified reporting time, so don’t arrive late at the exam centre.
7. Travel & Preparation: If assigned a distant centre, plan your travel and accommodation in advance—IBPS does not compensate for your expenses.
