A candidate must possess a Degree or Graduation in any discipline from a university recognised by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government.

The photograph should be recent, clear and taken against a light-coloured background. The signature must be made on white paper using black ink and must not be written in capital letters.

The handwritten declaration must be written by the candidate in English on white paper using black ink.

Candidates must fill in their own name in the blank space. The declaration must not be written in capital letters and cannot be written by another person. A declaration uploaded in another language may make the application invalid.

After successful payment, the system will generate an e-receipt. Candidates should save and print the e-receipt and completed application form.
Candidates should not press the Back or Refresh button while the transaction is being processed, as this may cause a duplicate charge or payment failure. When an e-receipt is not generated, the transaction may not have been completed successfully.
Candidates can edit saved application details before clicking the Complete Registration button. Once final registration is completed, the information cannot be changed through the regular application process.
IBPS will also provide a separate two-day correction window after the registration period closes. The exact dates will be announced on the official website.
