Steps To Fill the IBPS PO Online Application Form

The IBPS PO 2025 application process is entirely online and involves several stages, including registration, form filling, document upload, and fee payment. Here we are providing the step-by-step process to fill out their IBPS PO online application form. Candidates must follow these steps and fill your the online application form:

Step 1: Go to the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in

Step 2: On the homepage, locate the “CRP PO/MT” tab on the left side of the screen and click on the link for “Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees (CRP PO/MT-XV).”

Step 3: Click on the “Click Here for New Registration” button and enter your basic details like Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID and click “Save & Next” to proceed.

Step 4: Upon successful registration, a provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.

Step 5: Log in using the Registration Number and Password, fill in the detailed application form with the following details like General Details, Personal Details, Educational Qualification and other details. 

Step 6: Upload Documents

  • Upload the scanned copies of the photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the specified guidelines.
  • Ensure that the uploaded files are clear and meet the size and format requirements to avoid rejection.

Step 7:  After uploading the documents, candidates can review the entire application form carefully.

Step 7: Pay the Application Fee, select a preferred payment method (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallet). Complete the payment and save the e-receipt generated upon successful transaction.

Note: That the application will not be considered complete without successful fee payment.

Step 8: After payment, you can click the “Submit” button to complete the application process.Step 9: Download and print the application form and e-receipt for future reference.

Documents Required for IBPS PO 2025 Application

To complete the online application, candidates must upload scanned copies of specific documents in the prescribed format and size. The required documents include:

  1. Photograph:
    • Recent passport-size colour photograph (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm).
    • File size: 20 KB to 50 KB.
    • Dimensions: 200 × 230 pixels.
    • Background: Light-colored, preferably white.
    • No shadows or red-eye effects.
  2. Signature:
    • Signature on white paper with black ink (not in capital letters).
    • File size: 10 KB to 20 KB.
    • Dimensions: 140 × 60 pixels.
  3. Left Thumb Impression:
    • Left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
    • File size: 20 KB to 50 KB.
    • Dimensions: 240 × 240 pixels at 200 DPI.
    • If the candidate lacks a left thumb, the right thumb impression may be used.
  4. Handwritten Declaration:
    • Text: “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
    • Written on white paper with black ink.
    • File size: 50 KB to 100 KB.
    • Format: PDF, with A4 page size.
  5. Additional Documents:
    • Valid mark sheet and certificate of graduation.
    • Identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card).
    • Certificates for age relaxation (if applicable).
