HPSCB Junior Clerk Recruitment 2026: Apply for 91 Vacancies (PACS/OCS Quota)

The Himachal Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Ltd. (HPSCB), a premier scheduled bank in the state, has announced a fresh recruitment drive for 91 posts of Junior Clerks. This recruitment is specifically under the PACS/OCS quota and will be conducted on a regular basis through IBPS, Mumbai.

2. Vacancy Details (Quota-Wise)

The 91 vacancies are divided into two primary quotas based on the candidate’s professional background:

3. Eligibility Criteria (As of January 1, 2026)

The eligibility for these posts is highly specialized, requiring both educational qualifications and professional experience within the cooperative sector.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years old.
- Born between: 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 (both days inclusive).
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST, OBC, WFF, and Physically Handicapped candidates of H.P..
Educational Qualification: * Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Must have passed Matric and 10+2 from an institution in H.P. (Requirement waived for Bonafide Himachalis) .
Experience Requirement:
- PACS Quota: Minimum 3 years of continuous service as a Secretary in a PACS.
- OCS Quota: Minimum 5 years of continuous service in a cooperative society.
Professional Standing: The candidate must not be a defaulter (directly or indirectly) of their respective society.

4. Application Fee

The fee is non-refundable and varies by category:

5. Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection will be based entirely on a Single Phase Online Examination followed by document verification. Notably, there is no personal interview for the Junior Clerk post.
