The conduct of GATE exam at all foreign exam centres has been dropped due because of some operational issues. Earlier Ambajogai city in the IIT Bombay zone was also dropped because of operational issues. Talking about exam centres in India, Ludhiana is a newly added city in GATE 2023 exam under IIT Roorkee zone.
GATE exam will be conducted in 218 cities across India this year. Candidates must choose the exam centre diligently while filling out the application form. Step-2: Login to your account with your Enrollment ID/ Email Address, Password and Captcha
Step-3: Click on Change Examination City
Step-4: After making changes to GATE 2023 examination city, you have to make a payment of Rs 500
Candidates can choose 3 cities from the above list. Please note that first and second choices must be from same GATE zone and the third choice can be from any GATE zone.
Note: Because of operational constraints, GATE Committee reserves the right to add a new city or remove an existing one, and allot a city that may not be from any of the choices selected by the candidate.
