Candidates who qualify ECGC PO Phase 1 exam will appear in the Phase 2 interview. They have to bring thier educational documents for verification. Then, an interview panel will ask questions to them. The ECGC PO merit list is prepared after Phase 1 (written test) and Phase 2 (interview).
ECGC PO exam is conducted every year in two phases: Phase 1 (Written & Descriptive Exam) and Phase 2 (Interview).
