The Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC) Ltd, a Government of India enterprise, has officially released the ECGC PO Recruitment 2025 notification for the post of Probationary Officer (Executive Officer cadre). The recruitment process will consist of an Online Examination followed by an Interview. The online exam is scheduled to be held on 11th January 2026. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD):
1 vacancy is reserved horizontally under categories such as Orthopedic, Visual, Hearing, and other specified disabilities. All positions are PAN-India, meaning candidates may be posted anywhere across the country.

As per the official ECGC PO 2025 notification, candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 1st November 2025. This means the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd November 1995 and not later than 1st November 2004 (both dates inclusive).

The ECGC Probationary Officer will be appointed in the pay scale of ₹88,635–4385(14)–150025–4750(4)–169025. The approximate CTC in Mumbai is ₹20 lakhs per annum including allowances such as DA, HRA/lease reimbursement, medical, mobile, newspaper, transport, and other benefits.

Selected candidates must execute a bond equivalent to three months’ salary and serve ECGC Ltd. for a minimum of three years.
If they leave earlier, they will have to compensate the organization with the bond amount and serve a three-month notice period.

Candidates shortlisted in the online exam will be called for an interview at Delhi or Mumbai. Final selection will be based on combined performance in both stages. The recruitment process comprises two stages:
The ECGC PO Exam 2025 comprises two stages, that is Online Examination and the Interview. The online test includes an Objective Paper (Reasoning, English, Quant, GA, Computer) and a Descriptive Paper (Essay & Precis/Translation for Rajbhasha). Final selection is based on the combined marks of both stages in an 80:20 ratio.

Candidates applying for Rajbhasha (Hindi Officer) will have a slightly different paper structure, as per the notification. This version includes questions on translation and subject-specific knowledge in addition to general aptitude areas.

The reasoning section evaluates analytical and logical thinking. It is usually of a moderate to high difficulty level.

At the interview stage, candidates must produce originals and photocopies of educational certificates, identity proof, caste/category or EWS certificate, disability/NOC (if applicable), and proof of date of birth.
