Delhi Police Constable Exam Overview

The Delhi Police Constable Exam is a competitive examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the recruitment of constables in the Delhi Police. The exam consists of four stages: Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT), Medical Examination and Document Verification. The CBE is an objective type test with 100 questions from four sections: General Knowledge/Current Affairs, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and Computer Fundamentals. The PE&MT is a physical test that assesses the candidates’ fitness and endurance levels. The Medical Examination is a health check-up that verifies the candidates’ medical standards. The Document Verification is a process that verifies the candidates’ eligibility criteria and documents. The candidates who qualify all the stages are selected for the final merit list based on their performance in the CBE.
