Candidates who applied for DDA JSA posts should be well aware of the exam pattern and selection process to gear up with exam preparations. Three evaluation stages are evaluated in the DDA JSA exam process. DDA JSA selection process involves three rounds Stage I Online Examination, Stage II Online Examination and Typing Test. The recruitment notification is released to recruit candidates for 292 JSA posts.
Stage I examination is a computer-based objective type examination. Candidates need to qualify Stage I examination to appear in the Stage II examination.

DDA Stage II Online Examination is an objective-based exam. The exam is conducted in three sections of 2 hours 15 minutes duration. The computer Knowledge test in the Stage II exam is mandatory and qualifying in nature.

Candidates who qualify for Stage I and Stage II levels of online examination go for the last and final round of typing tests. Then, DDA prepares the final merit list of candidates selected for 292 JSA posts.
Candidates who successfully qualify for all three rounds of the selection process will be appointed to the job role of Junior Secretariat Assistant in DDA. The final Merit list will be uploaded on the official website of DDA.
