RRB PO vs IDBI AM-Point-wise Differences

1. Location/BranchesOn the other hand, RRB is mainly located in rural areas.IDBI bank gives you an opportunity to stay in cities or district headquarters. Some branches are exceptions due to the financial inclusion rule of RBI.
2. Work PressureIn IDBI you will have work pressure of cross selling and late working hours, whereas in RRB, you have the target of govt. business and agricultural business more but less working hours as in IDBI. In IDBI you will get more awarded customers, whereas in RRB you will not.
3.Salary
During the Training Period of 9 months – Rs.2,500/- per month
During the Internship Period of 3 months – Rs.10,000/- per month
After completion of the course, you can get Rs.36,000/– per month in the pay scale of 36000-1490(7)-46430-1740(2)–49910–1990(7)-63840(17 years)
The starting pay for IBPS RRB PO may range from Rs. 29,000 to Rs. 33000, plus DA, HRA, and other benefits. The pay scale for IBPS RRB Officer Scale- I, or PO, is R s. 23700 – 980/7 – 30560 – 1145/2 – 32850 – 1310/7 – 42021.
4. Promotion RRB PO (Probationary officer) will enjoy timely promotions as per the order.
*IBPS RRB office assistant (multipurpose)– stage 1
*Officer scale I – stage 2
*Assistant manager – stage 3
*Deputy manager – stage 4
*Branch manager – stage 5
*Senior branch manager – stage 6
*Chief manager – stage 7
*Assistant general manager – stage 8
*Deputy general manager – stage 9
*General manager – stage 10
If you’ll meet all of the obligations assigned to you by the IDBI bank and will do your job well, you will be eligible for promotion to various senior management positions:
*First Level promotion –  Grade B, i.e. Manager
*Second Level Promotion – Grade C, i.e. Assistant General Manager
*Third Level Promotion – Grade D, i.e. Deputy General Manager
*Fourth Level Promotion – Grade E, i.e. General Manager
*Fifth Level Promotion – Grade F, i.e. Chief General Manager
*Sixth Level Promotion – Executive Director
