How to Revise for ECGC PO exam?

• Solve at least 1 Puzzles & Seating Arrangement question on a daily basis. Be aware of the different kinds of questions which can be asked.
• Be aware of blood relations shortcuts. Also, while solving these questions, you can either assume yourself as the person in the question and can start building the relationships or you can draw a family chart.
• Practice coding-decoding questions as well. Once the logic behding the coding is revealed, you can easily answer the questions.
• Memorize Syllogism rules in these 10 days so that you can answer these questions quickly.
• Inequalities is considered a moderate-difficult topic by some aspirants, but with practice you can answer these questions with accuracy.
• Don’t forget to revise direction-sense questions as well.

English Language Tips

• Solve at least 1 Reading Comprehension set on a daily basis in these remaining days.
• While answering fillers, after reading the given text try to think of the option which should come there without looking at the options. If it’s there as an option, it’s most likely the correct answer.
• Grammar will work in your favor in Phrase Replacement questions and practice will only improve your performance.
• While answering Parajumbles, try to see the connection between the sentences. Make it a point to practice parajumbles beforehand.
• Vocabulary plays an important role in answering Cloze Test questions. Also, practicing & analyzing your attempts will improve your performance.
• When it comes to the correct usage of words, only practice can help you.

Quantitative Aptitude Tips

• In this section, Data Interpretation is one of the most important topics. Ensure that you are aware of the different kinds of graphs & charts viz. Line Graph, Bar Graph, Pie Chart; Tabular; Caselet; Mixed DI, Radar Table, Funnel based DI.
• Practice Simplification & Approximation questions as well. These questions are easy to answer & scoring.
• Number Series questions depend on your practice. So practice at least 100 questions on number series in this time.
• Be thorough with the concept of quadratic equations and practice questions on this topic as well.
• Data Sufficiency questions are a bit tricky. Consider both the options and their combination as well.
